Are you offering telehealth or in-person visits?

  • We do offer both in-person and telehealth (phone and/or video calls.) *Each provider may have a different preference.

  • Patients do NOT need to download anything on their phones in order to participate in telehealth sessions. The appointments will function as regular phone calls or video calls, as applicable. Patients should expect a phone call and/or a text at the time of their appointment.


What are the office hours?

Monday: 9 am-6 pm
Tuesday: 9 am-6 pm
Wednesday: 9 am-6 pm
Thursday: 9 am-6 pm
Friday: 9 am-3 pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

* Each provider has different working hours. Additional information can be obtained by calling the office.


Is there parking available?

Yes. There is a large parking lot next to the building.


Is my insurance accepted?

Major insurances accepted:

  • Medicare

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO

  • Cigna

  • Aetna

Many other insurances are also accepted. Please contact the number on the back of your insurance card to verify that your provider is in network with your insurance.


What if I don’t have insurance?

If you do not have insurance, you will be responsible for full payment for all services on the day of your appointment. See Policies for additional information.


What do I do in case of an emergency?

If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 immediately or go to the hospital nearest to you.
